The client fills in a
HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE with information related to his/her previous and present indispositions and injuries. The client informs what kind of pills he/she takes at the moment of the training.
The
BIOMECHANICAL and
POSTURAL ASSESSMENT helps me to functionally evaluate clients' musculoskeletal systems which will allow greater specificity of exercise utilization. This assessment also will help identify imbalances which may lead to injury, decrease athletic performance, or be a source of client’s pain and discomfort. Targeting these imbalances through specific strength, stamina and flexibility techniques and then using an objective evaluation to track progress will improve client’s retention and minimize lost training hours due to injury.
It is very important to me to create the optimum program for you. I use my knowledge from Anatomy and Body Biomechanics as well as from Pilates to coach you to your best performance.
Taking
MEASURES from your legs, torso and arms will help monitor the fat loss on your body. Checking the
WEIGHT is a must as well as the
BODY FAT TEST which is taken with a Body Fat Caliper.
All the data will help to know your body better and design the program which will bring the desirable results.
